Yes. All refurbished furniture comes with a 12-month warranty as standard. We stand behind the quality of our work, so if anything isn't right, we'll put it right. You'll also receive a savings certificate confirming the environmental impact of your purchase, which is useful for ESG reporting.
Do you purchase used furniture back?
It depends on the condition and type of furniture. We assess all surplus items on arrival and will buy back pieces that have strong resale or refurbishment value. Items that aren't suitable for resale are recycled responsibly with a reuse-first, zero-landfill approach. Get in touch with details of what you have and we'll give you an honest assessment.
