The main differences buyers care about between Classic and Remastered:
- Lumbar: Classic has a single adjustable lumbar pad. Remastered has PostureFit SL with two independent pads (sacral and lumbar).
- Mesh: Classic uses standard Pellicle. Remastered uses 8Z Pellicle with eight tension zones.
- Tilt: Classic uses Kinemat mechanism. Remastered uses Harmonic 2 tilt.
- Materials: Later Remastered models include ocean-bound plastic.

Aeron chairs come in three sizes. Size A suits users under 5'4", Size B fits 5'4" to 6'0", and Size C is for users over 6'0". Size B fits most people and is the most commonly available.

The Remastered Aeron (2016 onwards) has updated materials, refined adjustments and improved lumbar support. The Classic Aeron remains an excellent ergonomic chair at a lower price point. Both models are DSE-compliant and built for all-day use.
