How does a partnership work day to day?
You bring the project and stay the client contact. We scope, quote and do the work from our own Lancashire facility, and every load leaves with waste transfer notes and certificates for your client.
Will you go direct to our client?
No. You hold the relationship and we work to you. We are named on the job as Coggin SOS, because a specialist your client can look up carries more weight than a subcontractor they cannot.
Whose vehicles turn up?
Ours on most jobs, with our own installers. Where a job needs more reach or capacity we use a vetted network, and Coggin still manages the project and the destination of every asset.
Do you only take certain brands?
No. We process mixed estates from any manufacturer, and we grade every item on condition rather than badge.
What paperwork does the client get?
Waste transfer notes on every clearance, recycling certificates, and a savings certificate with the estimated carbon and cost saving. Larger projects get a full savings report, item by item.
Is there a minimum project size?
No fixed minimum. Clearances of 200 items or more get a free scoping visit. Smaller jobs are quoted from photographs and a list.
Can my client sell surplus furniture?
Yes. Resaleable items can be set against the bill as Reuse Credit, or our Buyback service buys quality furniture outright. We tell you at the scoping visit which pays better.
