Its LiveBack changes shape as your spine moves, the Natural Glide System slides the seat forward as you recline so you stay at the screen, and the lower back firmness is adjustable on its own dial. It is upholstered rather than mesh, so it is warmer than an Aeron through the winter. One model, no size to pick.

They suit different people. The Leap has more adjustment and a padded seat. The Aeron has a mesh back and comes in three sizes. Tell us who the chairs are for and we will advise.
