When do I get paid?
For outright purchases we inspect the furniture within 14 days of collection. Payment follows within 14 days after inspection. Reuse Credit is applied straight to your clearance invoice.

Yes. We collect nationwide with our own team. Collection is arranged around your business hours to keep disruption to a minimum.
What if my furniture has no resale value?
We will tell you straight. The right route then is a certified clearance with waste transfer notes, recycling certificates and carbon data for your ESG records. Zero to landfill.
Can the value come off a clearance invoice?
Yes. That is our Reuse Credit. When we clear a full office, anything with resale value is credited against your clearance invoice, so the good furniture cuts the cost of clearing the rest.
