What we record for every asset
- Photograph: every item, tagged and numbered
- Identity: brand, model and location on your estate
- Condition grade: A+, A or B, with a defined standard for each grade
- Valuation: what the item is worth on the second-life market
- Carbon figure: what retaining or rerouting it saves, with the methodology shown
- Compliance status: fire-safety and standards check on seating and upholstered items
- Recommended route: retain, refurbish, resell, donate or recycle
One dataset, two reports
Every audit produces a single asset register and two summaries written for different readers.
- The sustainability brief: carbon savings mapped to Scope 3 categories, with the methodology and every assumption disclosed. Numbers that survive an assurance review.
- The FM action plan: what happens to each item, phased logistics, storage needs, and the waste transfer and duty-of-care documentation for every route.

We confirm timing at the scoping visit. Audits run to a fixed schedule agreed around your teams, not an open-ended consultancy engagement.
