Yes. We only supply authentic Herman Miller Aeron chairs. Every chair is checked for authenticity during inspection.
What warranty do you offer on refurbished Aeron chairs?
12 months on parts and labour. If anything fails within warranty, we repair or replace at no cost.
Can I try an Aeron before buying?

What's the difference between classic and remastered Aeron?
The Remastered Aeron (2016 onwards) has updated materials, improved adjustments and a refined design. Both models offer excellent ergonomic support. Remastered commands a higher price.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver and install across the UK. Typical lead time is 3-7 working days depending on location and quantity.
What's included in your refurbishment?
Full strip-down and inspection, replacement of worn components (arm pads, gas lifts, castors), deep clean of mesh and frame, lubrication of moving parts, and function testing across all adjustments.
Are refurbished Aeron chairs the same as second hand?
No. Second hand means pre-owned and untouched. Our Aerons are professionally refurbished - stripped, inspected, rebuilt and quality-checked before they leave us. You receive a chair that performs like new, with a 12-month warranty to back it up.

Which Size Aeron Do You Need?
Aeron chairs come in three sizes. Size A suits users under 5'4", Size B fits 5'4" to 6'0", and Size C is for users over 6'0". Size B fits most people and is the most commonly available.
