What Restore Harrow Green needed
The client was refreshing a large office and wanted its furniture to contribute to its ESG goals. Its 285 Steelcase Reply chairs were structurally sound but worn, and the brief was no compromise on quality.
Restore Harrow Green brought the project to us because refurbishment had to match new in one of the most demanding corporate settings there is.
How the project ran
- Chairs moved in batches between the client site and our facility, using Restore Harrow Green's logistics so the office kept working.
- Each chair was stripped and reupholstered, with premium fabrics and finishes restored to specification.
- Every batch was checked and function tested before it went back.
- The batch system kept the programme moving without a gap on the floor.
