No. Second hand means pre-owned and untouched. Our Leap chairs are professionally refurbished - stripped, inspected, rebuilt and quality-checked before they leave us. You receive a chair that performs like new, with a 12-month warranty to back it up.
What warranty do you offer?
12 months on parts and labour. If anything fails within warranty, we repair or replace at no cost.
What's the difference between V1 and V2?
The Leap V2 (2006 onwards) has a slimmer profile, improved LiveBack flexibility, and updated arm adjustments. We only supply V2 models.
Is the Leap better than the Aeron?
They're both excellent chairs suited to different preferences. The Leap has more adjustments and a padded seat. The Aeron has mesh for breathability and comes in sizes. Try both if you can, or contact us for guidance.

What's Included in Our Refurbishment
Every Leap we supply goes through a full refurbishment process. We strip down and inspect all components, replace worn parts including arm pads, gas lifts and lumbar mechanisms, deep clean all surfaces, and test every adjustment.
If a chair doesn't meet our standard, it gets recycled. You receive a chair that's ready for years of daily use.

We supply used Leap chairs for single orders through to full floor rollouts. Volume pricing available for 10+ chairs. We can also source other Steelcase products including Think and Gesture chairs.
