From £150 per chair ex VAT A breathable black mesh back with a padded fabric seat, height-adjustable arms and a five-star base on castors. The one we hold in the deepest numbers, so it suits a whole floor in one order.
Ecoflex
From £145 per chair ex VAT Mesh back, padded fabric seat, height-adjustable arms and seat height adjustment. Clean and plain enough to sit in any office without looking like a compromise.
Evolve
From £150 per chair ex VAT A flexible mesh back with a padded seat, padded height-adjustable arms and a synchronised tilt. The mechanism comes in two versions and both are serviced before it leaves us.
Sprint

Senator has built office furniture in Accrington since 1976 and is still family owned. Accrington is 25 miles from the Coggin SOS workshop at Forton, which is the short version of why we see so many of these chairs and know what goes wrong with them. British-built, a fraction of the new price, and a far lower environmental impact. If a chair does not meet our standard it gets recycled, not sold.

Used and second hand describe where a chair came from. Neither says anything about what has been done to it. Refurbished says what was done. The chair is stripped and assessed, the worn parts are replaced, the mechanism is serviced and the fabric is renewed, and it is sold with a warranty on the parts we replaced.

Yes. Every chair is checked for authenticity before it is refurbished. If a chair does not meet our standard it is recycled by material rather than sold.
What does refurbished mean here?
The chair is stripped and assessed, then rebuilt. Gas lifts, arm pads and castors are replaced where they are worn, mechanisms are serviced and fabric is renewed. It is not a chair sold as found and untouched.
What warranty do I get?
Twelve months on the parts we replace, subject to our terms and conditions.

Can I order a mix of models?
Yes, and most orders are. Task chairs at the workstations, meeting chairs in the rooms and soft seating in the breakout area, delivered together.
How long does delivery take?
Ten working days is typical once the order is confirmed. Delivery is quoted with the order and our own team installs it.
